Prior to our Apr 4, 2021 cruise, nosotros chose Hereafter Cruise Credit for multiple canceled cruises. When the Apr 2021 cruise on the Allure of the Seas was canceled, I opted for a refund instead of the Future Prowl Credit, as Royal Caribbean has thousands of my difficult-earned dollars tied up. I was told that I would receive a total refund inside 45 days of my refund request. Please note that today'due south appointment is March 31, 2022, more a year after my April 4, 2021 cruise was canceled, and I have but been refunded my port fees and a drink package. Royal Caribbean yet owes me over $7000 for a cruise that was planned for my family of 8. My Purple Vacation Planner has been no help to me and referred me to the Royal Caribbean customer service phone number. I've been on concord for more than than 35 minutes as I type this review. Our family has been a loyal customer to Disney Cruise. We have taking more than x trips with our kids in the by few years. I booked the trip with Royal Caribbean area agent direct via the phone. I called on 3/viii/22 to inquire for some questions. Both agents (the one I booked the trip with and the one I spoke with on three/8/22) told me the terminal payment would be withdrawn from my credit menu on 3/11/22. The Genie reached out to me on 3/9 to introduce himself and advise me to start planning my vacation. We accept been in communication through now. I logged on the planning website to meet the excursions. Everything seems working well at that moment and everyone in the family unit is so thrilled almost this trip. On Saturday iii/12/22 afternoon, I couldn't encounter any activities or my trip anymore. I thought information technology's a arrangement glitch. I waited for a 24-hour interval and placed a long call (three hours) with Royal Caribbean. The agent told me due to the insufficient payment, my trip was cancelled. She said I need to call in or log on to make the payment. It volition not automatically charge on my credit carte. I told them I can pay now and asked if anyone took the room. We take the days off and book the hotel prior to the trip and flights. We are celebrating our big wedding ceremony on the cruise trip. This is non the type of service/commitment we are expecting. I thought I would notice a better service cruise line than Disney with lots of good reviews from other families merely over again, I was totally wrong. WOW! What an amazing prowl! We were somewhat apprehensive to canvas during a pandemic but could not have been more than pleased, except for the stop in Nassau (see specific comments below regarding the excursion in Nassau). Our other ports of call were Labadee, Republic of haiti (which is becoming a favorite), St. Maarten, and St. Thomas. Our stateroom had a balcony, which was very prissy and relaxing. Tip: Brand sure the door handle on the balcony door is in the locked position even when on the balcony equally otherwise the air conditioner shuts off. In that location is as well a "chief paddle switch" near the bathroom that needs to stay in the up or on position equally otherwise it shuts off the air conditioner also. The client service, other than one of the RC Excursion Staff on the dock in Nassau (who was very rude and unprofessional), was admittedly wonderful. From our stateroom bellboy, to our waiter and assistant waiter, Guest Services staff, etc., we could not accept asked for better service. A+++. The amusement was first-class overall and there was enough to practice on the ship, specially with it sailing at approximately 50% capacity. Specific feedback on the amusement is listed below. * Mamma Mia was incredible and exceeded our expectations! * The entertainment in the Aqua Theater was amazing and breathtaking * Mark Preston was the headliner and very entertaining * The comedy shows were expert, especially Phil Palisoul The food in the master dining room was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. The quality of the nutrient in the Windjammer was what one would expect in a smorgasbord-type setting, with staff serving the food (which was a nice touch and certainly more than hygienic). Lastly, buyer beware of the Nassau Beach Interruption and Sightseeing excursion in Nassau. I recommend not wasting your money on this excursion. It was Fashion overpriced, the nutrient that was included was absolutely horrible, the embankment was filthy, the staff were rude, and the sightseeing tour consisted of pointing out a church building, a government building, Wendy's, McDonald's, and Burger Rex. Also, one time we returned to the port, there was a line about 1/2 mile long to become through port security. Tip...have your photo ID (e.k., Passport, drivers license) and SeaPass readily available equally information technology will expedite getting through security in Nassau as that seemed to exist the primary cause of the delay. We had a great fourth dimension just if you are not careful you can get nickeled and dimed to expiry. The shows were great but the outdoor aqua theatre never performed the whole week that we were on the gunkhole. Eating in the main dinning room was dandy and after the start night I cancelled my reservations for the "specialty" restaurants that I had booked for dinner later on in the calendar week. We had a balcony room facing the ocean on the 12th flooring so we always had a bully view. The workers on the boat were always doing something so you never saw anyone but continuing effectually. …
